During the thirties, the Chicago Blackhawks entered their glory years, taking home the Stanley Cup in 1934 and 1938. Then the Blackhawks fell on hard times. From 1940 to 1958, Chicago was the worst team in the NHL. The sixties brought a resurgence of the Blackhawks and another Staney Cup in 1961 Over the past three decades, the Blackhawks have established themselves as one of the most consistant teams in the league.
