Comment: Not a total waste of money. The knife has a great solid feel to it and the folding mechanism is one of the safer ones out on the market(the type that you press the metal petal on the back of the handle). The blade wasn't as sharp as it could have come but it was sharper than most of your average knifes upon purchase. I would definately recommend this knife to anyone that was thinking about buying a ridge knife.
